Shri Sant Gadgebaba Seva Sansthan was establishred on 15 .01.2001 to serve and work on the faculty of Education, Health and Environment. Thenceforward the SSGSS Foundation has taken up many initiatives and run the projects on the cost of its own. The Society was registered in April 2004 under SRA 1860 & BPT 1950 and also registered with NITI AYOG, ISO Certification, 12AA & 80 G under Income Tax Act 1961 and FCRA under process.

Child Right education Fund, India (CREF INDIA-NGO) is an initiative of SSGSS Foundation which started to work with aiming at pinpointedness on the burning issues and challenges we are facing every day in the society. This works in the areas of the Child Rights and Protection in the context of child education, health & nutrition and child protection & disasters, flood and calamity.

CREF INDIA is also aiming at providing justice and equality with reference to gender equality, equal education, equal nutrition, equal health and equal opportunities for the begging children, street children, dropouts, child labors child marriage, child trafficking, child prostitutes, Juvenile delinquents and bringing them into the flow of education.

The children from the slum area, villages and from the families wandering from one place to another place for their livelihood, meeting with an accident; are being taken and referred for the immediate treatment and remedy by providing urgent financial help. It is also added that the clever children from poor families are given the financial assistance / funding not only for taking higher education but also for attending the competitive exams & Interviews.

Apart from this the problems of Slum dwellers and the scullery work women are very pitiable and they are suffering a lot with innumerable agonies and facing the unending problems of their children for not going to school regularly. Both the parents either go to daily wages work in different work places or in the paddy/crop season works to meet both ends meet.

Because of this the elder son or daughter keeps home for taking the care and protection of younger brother or sister. Unorganized & unskilled and destitute labors from slum area as well as from the villages are facing too much such problems. Poverty is run after them. This results into the dropouts of the children and the fundamental & child Rights area being infringed and violated day by day.

The aim is to find such children from every corner of the society through the survey done by the social community workers of the CREF INDIA under the initiatives of SSGSS Foundation. The regular survey and follow up of the street/begging children, child labours and drop outs are being brought into the flow of education and admit them into the classes fit for their ages under the ordinances and guidelines prescribed in RTE accordingly.

The CREF INDIA / SSGSS Foundation aims to run the study facilities cum library for these marginal children to bring them into the realm of parallel level as compared to the children from the rich or employed families. Tribal women and child development are the target group of SSGSS Foundation.

In addition to this AAYO HAATH BADHAYE for poor old ages and children, Beti Bachao (Save the Girl Child) campaign against Female Feticide and awareness to adolescent girls & their problem, Youths empowerment / cultural development and relief during natural disasters like accident, flood and calamity to the most deprived children of India.

Now we are focusing with the Campaign against Suicide (Educated and Higher Educated Boys and Girls). In this regards, we are counseling the youths & adolescents and arranging the awareness camps for them.

CREF INDIA under SSGSS Foundation believes in Gender Equality without disparity prevalence in society. Rape Free India is the new concept emerges to make India free from Rapes. The national community is to come forward on single platform to cope with this global issue.

Similarly, De addiction campaign / camps, Tobacco free campaign, Cancer and TB awareness, Blood Donation Camps and free Health camps, Women and child health improvement, Women Empowerment and a sustainable livelihood Approaches for the Rural Women, SHGs development for micro finance and its growth and Environment – plantation, afforestation and save the water.

This ideology led us to establish SSGSS Foundation and an initiative venture CREF INDIA which truly thenceforward we have been continuously working for the community development and child education.

CREF INDIA nationwide human rights venture and relief the children for the blinds, orphans, physically handicapped, for their sustainable livelihood approaches and for the financial funding to cure the accident & critical operation in the jurisdiction of Government of India.
